Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll departments with overall staff of 25.Accounts Receivable – Significantly modified dues collections cycle and implemented club reinstatement fee schedule. Instituted auto-distribution of monthly club reports from PeopleSoft. Oversaw major contribution processing project including transition.

Developed Project Management role within Financial Services to create work structure for carrying out major enterprise initiatives involving Financial Services and IT, such as major upgrades of PeopleSoft financial applications and modifications to major practices. Traveled to international office in Sydney to rapidly transition local accounting software.

Responsible for billing $50+ million to 30,000 Rotary clubs annually in over 180 countries. Coordinated the collection of club payments through network of eighteen international offices and fiscal agents. Reduced monthly close from ten days to two days.
