As Reliability Engineer, I support the execution project upgrade of new CMMS system of including hierarchy formalisation and updates, PM scheduling, work order management, user setups and permissions and asset management. I determine the function reliability modelling using Isograph software (AWB) of maintenance in clean steam generators and fuel oil unloading station, all maintenance tasks and maintenance plans, drawing updates, identification of bill of material and hierarchy updates. I recommend replacement projects based on asset best practice for maintenance on pumps and fans resulting the purchase of precision maintenance equipment to aid maintenance team. I conduct all analysis and use CMMS to raise follow-up work, establish a systematic Vibration Analysis program, review and provide design of new maintenance documentation for air handling fan maintenance including a lubrication schedule, use new precision maintenance equipment and bearing replacements on fan units. I participate in, and ensure relevant agreed actions for project team meetings to ensure equipment capabilities. Finally, I lead as Backup / Site Planner, including the role of site planner for maintenance, contractor management, shutdown planning, day to day planning and break down maintenance. Notable achievement in this role include:Reduced air supply and exhaust fan breakdown from 56 in 2013 to 1 in 2018 through Vibration Analysis monitoring. This increased site availability and reduced breakdown costs.

In this role, I contributed to Reliability modelling using Isograph software (AWB) of maintenance of Carbon Bakes and Greenmill fume treatment centre including all maintenance tasks and maintenance plans, created spare part register, availability profile, supported the design process, HIRA and hierarchy updates in CMMS system. I executed PMO of site including asset hierarchy updates, criticality analysis, review and update of maintenance tasks and frequencies and prioritised maintenance work. I efficiently contributed through the groundwork team that introduced operator care work onto plant, scheduled tasks, housekeeping rosters, equipment training and visual aids to assist in fault finding, provided Single Point of Accountability pressure vessel for plant, organised inspections of all site vessels through external contractor, registered vessels, and reviewed vessel maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with the mandatory inspections. I also provided attention to the Single Point of Accountability dust collectors for plant, organised inspections and repair work through external contractor and internal maintenance. Ensuring all permits were up to date and spare parts available, I provided technical assistance in creating lubrication site standard including oil cleanliness ISO codes for site machinery and code labelling of all lubricants. In this role, notable deliverables included:Reduced onsite maintenance labour costs by $360,000 via PMO through streamlining PM inspections by removing redundant tasks and including new task through communication with affected parties. Introduced lubrication filter cart to site which reduced oil contamination levels in all hydraulic systems improving equipment reliability uptime.

As Hydraulic/Lubrication Technician and Fitter and Turner, I performed all lubrication work in the Concentrator process of plant, managed lubrication stock levels, job planning and assistance with new plant installation. As Team leader for maintenance and repair work on conveyor belts and crushers during planned shutdown events, organised the team that delivered within schedule and time. I methodically installed new hydraulic equipment, hoses, pumps, valves, regularly tested hydraulic pumps, motors and accumulators, monitored, inspected, and maintained various hydraulic and lubrication systems on SAG mills and bowl and mantle crushing equipment.I efficiently completed breakdown repairs, planned maintenance including SAG mill relining, Warman slurry pump rebuilding and relining machine maintenance developed quality, health, safety, and environment procedures and served as site safety representative for KEMPE.
