With over 23 years of experience in service quality management and 18 years in Air Force Communications-Electronic maintenance, I have provided IT Service Management consulting services on new programs, managed teams of up to 36 personnel, and designed, documented, and audited processes for compliance to ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-1994, 2000, and 2008 as well as ISO 20000-2011 and 2018.My expertise includes providing guidance on policies, processes, controls, and metrics needed to implement and improve service management systems while meeting all contractual requirements.
