Working in AI Products Team of STC, engineer of Bing Search, Cortana and XiaoIce.As the technical leader of CJK Answer Team, I took all of answers(rich/direct search result) on bing and cortana for cjk market and also global answer migration for english version of bing. Currently there’re more than one hundred of answers on bing and cortana. And more and more answers are output to XiaoIce dialog system, like Weather, Attraction, Fact, and it rich the diversity of dialog and improve the relevance.• Develop and maintain open answer platform. This platform provides an agile way to onboard a new answer with support of more than 40 services, including data crawling, merge, process, uploading, dataset services, answer build, publish, monitor.• Migrate the answers from global market to cjk market, including trigger, backend service, and ranking, like NBA, Olympic.• Polish the recall/precision and ranking of answers with machine learning and rule based methods.• Based on the open answer platform, build universal crawling system, and the crawling system can support multiple kinds of sources, like wechat, weibo, html, api. The crawling system support both XiaoIce and Bing.As the owner of User Profile System of XiaoIce News Recommendation Platform, I build up the user profile online/offline services to support the news personalized recommendation system. • Build the user profile which contains hundreds attributes/tags, like basic info, interest tags, topic and other user-article features. And the system includes the wordbreak service, keywords extract service and topic model service for user-article feature, and also a four-level location extraction service based on lat/long, and phone number of users. • Guide an intern to try graph-based recommendation algorithm on our internal big data processing cluster, like Simrank. For the Simrank-based CF, We build a pipeline, transform graph calculation to matrix calculation and then to SQL which can run on the system.
