At Amatheon I am responsible for people operations (HR), logistics, information technology and marketing. I have three senior managers and one director as immediate reports with innovation generally happening in my areas towards the development of sales enablement activities. I head our software team and oversee key vendor relationships with 40 vendors, suppliers, or partners including but not limited to our instance of NetSuite ERP and its associated customizations. My role is both the functional consultant and project manager responsible for total Ecommerce and user acquisition.

In this role I worked with the Miami HEAT Internet Services and Digital Marketing teams to form unique content and fan partnership opportunities. This role was directly with the marketing department and in the role I was able to finalize technical execution of approved HEAT app content to a production site via CMS. This role required teaming effectively with the Director of Digital Content on the roadmap for app-related strategy. We facilitated negotiations of two vendor contracts for companywide website accessibility and data privacy. I prepared a budget for estimated lifetime costs and directly managed the relationship and project execution with existing vendor, EqualWeb, located in Tel Aviv. Collaborated closely with HEAT legal and the General Counsel to maintain ADA, WCAG 2.1, and GDPR internet compliance on all company platforms, including AAArena.com, HEATCheckGaming.com, 601Miami.com, CoachSpo.com, and HEAT.com.
