I lead the mechanical design of Kenu's product line, currently consisting of several smartphone-centric mobile accessories such as Highline leash, Airframe car mount, and Stance tripod. Each of them takes a somewhat unusual approach to these existing product spaces. I participated in most stages of Consumer Product development. Our team responsibilities included competitive research, ideation, design, testing, prototyping, and collaboration with Chinese contract manufacturers. Our products were primarily photography accessories such as Joby's variety of innovative camera tripods. Additional projects included mobile accessories such as iPhone and iPad cases and mounts (See Griptight product), as well as consumer electronics such as the Gorillatorch flashlights, and Zivio Bluetooth headset.
