- Educate CEO, CFO and other key executives on the financial performance of the company for internal and external messaging and key strategic decision-making.- Coordinate production of month end financial performance package, which highlights issues of key business drivers for CEO review. - Support leadership in achieving financial goals through the provision of decision support information, expertise and advice, identifying financial performance issues and recommending corrective action- Produce Earnings Release, MD&A, Analyst/Investor presentations and Board materials for quarter/year end communications. - Manage the FP&A across US P&C, undertaking and directing detailed financial analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of information to identify issues and other significant financial implications. - Partner with Corporate Communications and Investor Relations on commenting and addressing topical issues that are requiring comments from external parities e.g. media, investors and analysts. -- Track milestones and KPIs of strategic initiatives, identifying impacts and implications and communicating with stakeholders and coordinating implementation across the business group, monitoring to ensure successful completion and integrity of results. - Measure and monitor capital and balance sheet levels, ratios and performance to support the effective management of capital resources.- Make things happen
