Prior to Capgemini I was Assistant Vice President of Global Operations and Customer Service. In prior roles I have reported directly to the Global CIO Global CTO and SVP of IT Services. My responsibilities included IT operations and strategy. I have experience with in and outsourced IT. My responsibilities included direct oversight of helpdesk, desk side support, asset management, procurement, executive support, disaster recovery, business continuity, change, incident, program, problem, availability management, multi-vendor SLA management and data center audits and DevOps. The most important function of these roles was the ability to drive down costs thru effective quality management and improved service delivery.After hours I enjoy gaming, outdoor activities, as well as playing music and singing. I am also a Firefighter at Roslyn Volunteer Fire Company in Mongomery County PA and Chief of Ivyland Volunteer Fire Company in Bucks County, PA.
