Founded as a full service Finance, Marketing and Communications firm, Solutions Group and its family of companies evolved into a group of 250 results-oriented professional consultants and specialists that provided a full range of financial, marketing and communication solutions and consulting services to industry leaders, developmental stage firms, globally.Within its interrelated three disciplines the company specialized in Financial Solutions: business and strategic plan development, corporate structuring and packaging, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), private placements, mezzanine financing, international finance, reverse mergers, Employee Stock Ownership Programs (ESOP) and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as investment syndication and wholesaling, investor relations and financial public relations. I also recruited Lead Market Makers for high tech public companies and arranged substantial market support for their stocks.For Marketing Solutions Group strategically analyzed, designed, developed and implemented national marketing, advertising, promotions and brand building campaigns spanning virtually all industries; with particular focus on the financial industry, high technology environments, including: the Internet, SEO, e-commerce (B 2 B & B 2 C), hardware and software development, telecommunications, aerospace, new media, as well as hospitality, membership organizations, and consumer products. This includes design, creative, copywriting, photography, filming and production for print, broadcast, multi-media, direct mail and printing. For Communications Solutions Group designed, developed, programmed, implemented, hosted and administered six and seven-figure web sites, portals, intranets and extranets; and performed financial public and investor relations for our clients.

Cardxx, Inc. (CXCQ.PK) is in the business of manufacturing Intelligent SmartCards (secure credit and identification cards), Smart Tags and packaging technology using its proprietary and patented encapsulation process. Cardxx is an unregistered public company that trades in the Pink Sheets (CXCQ). When my employment conversation started the stock was trading at $.01 per share. Brought in by the Company’s Board of Directors as a turn-around CEO and Board Member, my assignment was to get the company back on track, after an extended period of inactivity. The first of many challenges was to bring the Founder and his considerable back to the Company, after an ongoing dispute and litigation. Simultaneously, I raised initial seed capital; both of which were accomplished within 45 days, in the toughest capital market in recent history. I also added a number of high profile Market Makers to the company’s rosters. Cardxx has developed a proven, secure methodology for embedding mini-computers, rechargeable batteries, proximity or RFID antennas, display and data storage into an encapsulated form factor with unsurpassed physical security. The Company’s patented process, in combination with its Marketing Partner – Spyrus, is the only one that has received United States NIST, FIPS National Security Standard 140-1, Level 3 certification for Smart Card manufacturing. At the same time, a Tier One, Los Angeles, CA based Market Maker was engaged on Cardxx’s behalf, as well as a quality Securities Underwriter (Broker/Dealer) was procured and engaged. The Business Plan that I orchestrated, with my team, has produced seven-figures of financing and commitments. The Company’s manufacturing line has been wrestled back from the bank holding the lien, the Company’s patents remain unencumbered and the first sales activities began in three years. Then a high for the Company’s stock is $1.21 per share; a 12,000% increase when compared to the inception of my employment.
