Served as a core member of a small team of engineers responsible for maintaining operations of a large scale biologics manufacturing suite. Responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolution of equipment and operational failures, design and implementation of equipment changes for new processes and operational improvements and providing subject matter expert level consultations for internal projects, external customers, and auditors.

Provide expertise in maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting issues across multiple software platforms controlling various plant components in a nuclear power facility. Implement software modifications to support changing operating conditions and equipment configurations. Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement, and predict possible controller failures. • Developed long term maintenance strategies for multiple digital control systems of different vendors integrated together• Contributed to plant performance by quickly troubleshooting and correcting control issues that impact plant operations.• Worked with plant operators, industry regulators, and other engineering disciplines to implement design changes without disrupting plant output.

Worked as part of a large team to verify engineering design documentation across eight international projects for new nuclear power plants. These included customer requirement documents, engineering design documentation, and logic diagrams for a distributed control system across both the Foxboro I/A and Triconex software platforms.Created test documentation and performed validation testing for 1E, NC+, and NC class control systems. Also performed validation of multiple test platforms in conjunction with external vendors for use in large scale testing activities with a strong understanding of IEEE standards.
