I am the administrator for the legal and procurement team at SGS, rendering a service to the Sastech group. My work includes arranging meetings, general office work; purchasing of stationery; the setting up for payments on the SAP system; ensuring that my team are OK, health and work wise.

I was the PA to the Financial Director and dealt with all his typing, booking of meetings etc. In addition to this I was also the salary official, dealing with all the salaries for the company country wide. It was also my duty to explain any tax/medical changes from time to time.

I was the PA to the Managing Director World Wide. This included doing whatever was required of me - arranging meetings worldwide; having the ability to understand other languages that aided in my arranging these meetings (French; German; Italian; Brazilian Portuguese). I also put the 3 monthly newsletter together for the group world wide and sending these out. I also dealt with the Davis Gelatine cookery book as well as answering letters from people wanting to know what the properties of gelatine were and how they could aid good health.
