During my time at Emovis i worked in different sectors of the company. I originally started in the call center taking calls and answering queries in regards to the new Merseyflow bridge, after a few months I was given the opportunity to floor walk which involved taking escalated calls and helping other CSRs that may be new to the company. This was to help relieve the pressure on the managers.I was then offered the chance to move to the Enforcements team to help get them up to date. whilst i worked with the enforcements team my main responsibility was to transfer liability from hire company's to the hirer of the vehicle, this involved investigating sensitive documents and reviewing dates.
