I am currently Finance Manager for an arts charity in Central London. I joined the company on a volunteer basis after I returned to the in the UK. We further diversified into designing and manufacturing premium, high-end audio drivers for the audiophile market under the Markaudio brand.I was responsible for the legal formation of the company and ongoing company secretarial duties, accountancy and general management. As Design Director I liaised with clients, planned and completed design work and delivered final output. In 2012 I sold my business share to return to the United Kingdom.

I joined the Internal Audit Department and after 12 months was promoted to Finance Director for the Asian professional services division based in Hong Kong.I was responsible for: - Control of the company finance function (including coordination of monthly reporting, preparation of annual financial statements, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting); - Managing local legal, taxation, pensions and staff issues; - Overseeing the installation of new accounting and laboratory information systems; - Full board member of the company in Hong Kong and a joint venture in the Philippines; - Representation of the businesses at UK board meetings; - Acting project manager for the completion of two outstanding Government construction projects in Hong Kong (a hospital and explosives storage depot); - Closing down legacy business operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore and Thailand after the financial crisis in 1998 led to Carillion withdrawing from these markets; - Authorised Representative for the administration of a university exchange programme funded by the Indonesian Government.

I completed my three-year training contract and held the position of Audit Senior.
