I consulted with organizations globally, focusing on expanding business opportunities with existing clients and developing the interest of prospective clients to establish new relationships. Opportunity expansion was driven by managing sales activities with a current focus on revenue production within the New England markets, new and existing market analysis, and the formulation of a customer acquisition process. I was a member of the Speakeasy Staff Committee.

Phaeton Motors LTD is affiliated with Robwat Management and operates an antique automobile dealership. As part of an over three-year project, we worked to renovate 28,000 sq feet of space to create a grand showroom for over 75 collectors’ cars including Bugatti’s, Bentleys, Duesenburg’s, BMW, Mercedes Benz and the like. Cars in the show room date back to a 1886 Benz Motor Sport Wagon. While working at Phaeton, I worked along side the CEO and design team, organized construction time-lines and budgets, and gave final approval on architectural drawings, colors, fabric choices and furnishings throughout the space. In addition, I advertised vehicles for sale, entered vehicles in auctions (Barrett Jackon & Goodings) and car shows throughout the US.

Core Asset Management is a Real Estate Investment Firm located in Philadelphia. Core manages a portfolio of over 150 residential units in 18 properties and 15 commercial properties throughout the city. Core worked with investors renovating old warehouses into high-end “loft style” apartments. Clean Tech Janitorial Services, a subsidiary of Core, outsourced janitorial services to local businesses, such as SEPTA.While working with Core, I managed our front office staff, worked with current and future tenants for our properties and headed up our Human Resources department for the growing business of Clean Tech Janitorial Services.

Robwat Management is an Investment Firm located in central New York. Robwat is a busy management office touching many industries including automotive, real estate and dining. While working with Robwat, I assisted in the management of 17 investment real estate properties, assisted with corporate office operations for 5 Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises, and was responsible for the Human Resource functions for the company and its employees.

Eat Rice owns several Thai Restaurants located throughout New York City. One of Eat Rice’s hot spots, Kelly and Ping, located in NY’s SoHo neighborhood, was featured on many episodes of Sex and the City. Eat Rice’s restaurants brought a posh feel to Manhattan, serving a Thai cuisine with an American flare. While working at Eat Rice, I managed the company’s Human Resource department and developed marketing plans and press kits for the launch of new restaurants.
