This position will direct short and long-term strategic planning and initiatives for MCE, Ricks, and Fisher technology; will manage the implementation of educational technologies which includes team collaboration, vendor relationships, community outreach, and ongoing maintenance; will consult and collaborate with faculty in the development of learning initiatives that include interactive, multimedia, and digital technologies; will support the colleges expanding number of online programs; will develop, manage and maintain IT and AV budgets ranging from $100K to $300K; will manage a team supporting approximately 4000 faculty, students and staff ranging from ages 6 months to 95 years of age; will manage technologies, software, and infrastructure assets across 3 enterprise level buildings; will act as the lead admin for on the ground infrastructure including JAMF, Intune, Azure AD, and other systems leveraged for asset and software management; will act as the subject matter expert and administrator for specialized software leveraged by the unit including, but not limited to, Titanium, Pro Care, Schoology, Power School, Lyssn, etc.; will design and deploy emergency technology response plans that assure operational continuity even during pandemic and similar situations; will support and manage IT systems and infrastructure for 2 Psychological Health clinics working with HIPA and other federally regulated data, will maintain and support IT systems for three nationally renowned educational research institutes as well as countless research grants and initiatives; and will manage and lead a dedicated and divers team of staff including IT specialists and technicians.
