Developing online strategies for businesses, which involves all aspects of SEO, content, link building and social media.This involves quality assurance work to determine that the work carried out by my team meets the required standard and that our goals and client requirements are correctly aligned. Reporting is also included within this process to properly reflect the work carried out by our team and highlighting the positive impacts to clients.Strategy development is also a key part of this position, whether this be independently devising strategies, developing a strategy by working closely with clients or internal strategies to improve customer relations and internal processes.On a monthly basis this role involves the delivery of individual strategies to over 40 different clients, monitoring the success of each campaign, it's impact to the performance of each website and constant relations with clients to deliver work based upon internal changes within their company.

I oversee various clients, monitoring rankings and traffic, and then implement various strategies to sustain or improve search results.I also manage a link builder and social media employee, ensuring that their overall strategy and work is more than sufficient for each client.One of my major skills is the ability to create new products and envisage new solutions, in order to improve client websites. As a result, I have developed basic PHP skills, creating many of my own tools.As well, I have experience of managing hosting accounts and setting up domains. Part of this has involved uploading a CMS and optimising each site with new content.Lastly, I have experience of on page SEO and have developed new content strategies to improve department efficiency. Part of this experience has enabled me to develop a more in depth understanding of on page factors that affect rankings and site visits.

I taught Psychology, Sociology and Criminology to adult learners as part of an Access to Learning Course (A level equivalent). This course enabled mature students to return to learning and gave them the skills and confidence to pursue a university degree.
