Since 2016, I have been working in IT service monitoring and management. I began my career at the Operations and Control Center of PRODEB (Data Processing Company of the State of Bahia) after passing a public selection process for a temporary position of 2 years.At IPQ Tecnologia, I had the opportunity to work on the provisioning and development of IT service monitoring and management environments, primarily focused on a public security camera network in the State of Ceará, using GPON and AON fiber optic networks. During this period, I developed skills in areas such as: creating replicable monitoring (with Zabbix), dashboards (with Grafana and GLPI Painel), specific customizations in GLPI (using PHP, JQuery, JavaScript), scripting (with Shell), database administration (MySQL/MariaDB), process documentation, version control with GIT, and web server administration.In 2021, I joined Spin Energy as a NOC Analyst, contributing to projects such as COPEL, which involves monitoring the entire infrastructure supporting a network of electric energy meters, enabling remote commands for consumption reading, as well as disconnection and reconnection, in several cities across the State of Paraná.With the sale of Spin Energy, I was transferred to Hexing Energy, where I continued to contribute not only to this project but also to others, including CEMIG, EDP, and CELESC. In addition to the activities developed at IPQ Tecnologia, I worked on more advanced customizations in GLPI and Zabbix. In GLPI, I created specific plugins, buttons with functionalities that automate operational processes, dynamic forms that contribute to data integrity, mitigate errors, and make processes more efficient. In Zabbix, I developed modules to meet specific needs across various areas, including a module for mass ticket creation based on factors like host groups. A key achievement was automating Zabbix maps, transforming a previously manual and time-consuming process into an automatic task with minimal error potential.Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in Software Engineering at USP/Esalq, with the goal of gaining a comprehensive managerial perspective on the various stages involved in producing high-quality software.
