The work has led to continuing the efforts of the ultimate 110-mile Loop development (with an estimated development cost >$1.2B) which includes various contracts for environmental documentation, schematics, surveying, development of PS&E, and construction management / inspection services. Key duties include the execution of the HCRMA's short term strategic plan for the immediate roll out of 30 miles of roadway with a total development cost of >$400M that includes $300M in construction expenditures, 564 parcels for acquisition, 1,210 acres of right-of-way, includes the management of 6 PS&E design contracts, 2 federal environmental assessment documents, sizable utility relocations, and traffic and revenue studies.From 2009 to 2011 duties included assisting with the development of the Laredo El Pico Water Treatment Plan with a 60 MGD ultimate capacity and $80M initial build out. Supervised the final permitting procedures for Hydraulic Impact Statement (including performing the hydraulic analysis) and TCEQ Water Rights Permit Amendment which I in order to assure the City could utilize their allotted water rights at the new plant. Led the in-house effort to develop the USIBWC Construction License by coordinating reviews of our final plans as well as reviews of all NEPA documentation. Show less -
