Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (database, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for Licensed Customer Service Agents.Manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process using Workday, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.Work closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements and schedule qualified candidates for them to interview.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.Provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Workday.
