In the first quarter of 2010 the Aurora location achieved profit sharing for the first time in its existence with the produce department serving as the highest dollars contributor to the store’s bottom line.I was the grand opening produce manager for the Arvada location in 2008 where I hired the majority of the produce staff, and worked extensively within the store prior to opening to ensure that company programs and standards were in place for the grand opening.
