The Authentication Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and management of the Customer Authentication Services Support teams. Interacts with team and other functions to improve processes to meet and exceed customer expectations and department objectives. Recognizes, develops and implements process improvement s and participates in execution including overcoming difficulties encountered at various stages of the process. Manage department and individual performance against goals and objectives. Manage and drive support functions with an emphasis on improving customer satisfaction, gaining operational efficiencies, meeting issuance goals, prioritizing resources to meet & exceed product support goals for differentiated brands.
