- Posting accounting transaction of vendors into the company system every month (minimum posting of 800 transaction to the system)- Recording more than 200 monthly transactions of guide and driver fees to analyze increases or decreases.- Performing daily balancing of 30 accounts, ensuring financial records are accurately aligned for smooth financial operations.- Creating written archives (payment vouchers, bank receipts, petty cash) more than 25 files every day.- Entering archives into the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable systems.- Creating the general ledger for transactions occurring in the following month and bank charges- Recording company transaction activities, documenting more than 50 daily purchase transactions and company needs to get expenditure data.
