Partner with Field Trainers to hire, train and supervise up to 65 photographers throughout Georgia to capture personal moments with their newborns in each hospital. Mentor and communicate with each staff member to ensure that all staff are providing excellent customer service within organizational objectives. Develop and nurture client relations to make their expectation and beyond have been met.  Manage contracts with over 24 hospitals, scheduling and coordinating photography appointments within tight deadlines to increase sales by 12% year over year. Improved the quality of the photography staff by conducting more thorough interview sessions and more clearly communicating the company’s expectations; successfully closing 24 job openings.  Initiated quarterly meetings to implement training programs which included role-playing and recognition systems.

Supported eight districts with all administrative functions and reporting duties. Identified and quickly resolved staffing issues by directly training and providing ongoing coaching to photographers.  Designed and published a newsletter featuring top performers and enhancing the delivery of information while providing additional avenues for advertising.
