I bring over 25 years of team management, recruitment and customer service experience from multiple industries including real estate and telecommunications, as well as chiropractic.After an extensive career in a variety of industries, it wasn't until I became a chiropractic assistant 11 years ago that I finally found my passion for health and wellness, and more importantly, the realisation that we can all help each other just by living as the best version of ourselves. I am committed to changing health paradigms in our communities, and have manifested my passion by providing chiropractic team coaching, recruitment and staff training, through applying the principles of chiropractic philosophy, personal empowerment and procedural elements together in a way that incites positive change into practice. My view is that every member of the team is responsible for contributing not only to a positive healing journey for the patient, but to the daily enjoyment and effectiveness of the business as a whole.
