Roles & Responsibilities - Strategic Alignment• Collaborate with IT and HR leadership to understand business strategy and IT goals.• Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and initiatives. • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, acquisition & skill development.- Talent Acquisition and Management• Partner with IT managers to define JD.• Participate in complete hiring process for including sourcing.• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.-Performance Management• Work with IT to establish goals and expectations for employees.• Advise on performance evaluation methods and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.• Identify opportunities for skill development and career growth within the IT department.Employee Engagement and Well-being• Monitor & identifying potential concerns and addressing.• Act as a confidential and approachable resource for IT employees to discuss concerns or seek guidance.Change Management & Innovation• Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance.• Communicate the rationale behind changes and address employee concerns to ensure buy-in and successful adoption.Employee Relations• Serve as a point of contact for conflict resolution and employee relations matters within the team.• Address grievances and ensure fair treatment in line with company policies and legal requirements.Compensation and Benefits• Determine competitive compensation structures and benefits packages for IT employees.• Provide insights on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offerings.Data-Driven Insights to form decision making.Compliance and PoliciesContinuous ImprovementDiversity and Inclusion
