▪ Oversaw daily lab operations and the execution of test procedures for multiple system and software engineering teams including Electronic Warfare, Weapons, Pilot Systems, Infrastructure, Navigation Worthiness and Communication, and Navigation and Information.▪ Headed the development, implementation, and execution of test procedures for the F-35 jet fighter. Success was contingent upon the support of various subject matter experts and through the use of Python and FrameMaker.▪ Collaborated with system testers and lab operations associates to troubleshoot lab stability deficiencies leading to robust problem resolutions that eliminated 10 hours of weekly downtime. ▪ Managed the core programmatic progressions associated with all variants of the F-35 aircraft including budget planning, technical scope oversight, and maintaining stakeholder engagement. ▪ Spearheaded cross-functional collaborations with key internal and external stakeholders including program management, suppliers (i.e., BAE UK, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman), supply chain management, procurement, project engineers, and software engineers.▪ Retained oversight of a project budget of approximately $1.5 billion to procure parts, execute software development, and cover staffing related expenses. ▪ Managed a team of 40+ skilled tradesmen (i.e., machinists, electricians, and apprentices), ensuring precise and safe execution of the daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair operations of Electro-Motive Diesel and GE locomotives.▪ Collaborated with the diesel team to modify the M-92 maintenance schedule which resulted in a 33% decrease in repair time on approximately 100 locomotives.▪ Monitored employees to ensure compliance with internal and federal safety regulations.
