As a teacher, librarian, and information professional, I offer extensive expertise in a wide-range of competencies to include writing and editing, research and data analysis, project coordination, literacy and reference instruction, user design, program oversight, and customer relations. Over the course of my career, I have acquired a significant level of diversified experience through a combination of my educational achievements, my teaching experience, and through my professional roles within the public and and education sectors. I was previously employed by the University of Colorado Boulder as a Literature and Humanities Librarian, and before that by the Social Security Administration where I serve in a multi-faceted capacity as a Spanish Translator, Internal Communications Specialist and as a Claims Analyst. Prior to this role, I held positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the University of Wyoming and the University of Colorado. Regardless of role, I have been able to positively impact operational and organizational performance through my collaborative spirit, commitment to continual innovation, and desire to help others develop and succeed. I hold a B.A. in Spanish and English from the University of Denver, a M.A. in English Literature from the University of Wyoming, and a MSLIS from the University of Illinois.
