Aparajitha dominates the market for highly advanced labour, industrial, and financial compliance solutions and Employment Law across the country. well equipped with state of the art developed automated compliance solutions to lessen the onerous strain and digitised the documents needed for compliance operations through India’ No. 01 Compliance digital platform popularly known as Simpliance across the country.Job Responsibilities:- • Currently looking after End to End Compliance Operations-Establishment-Payroll-Vendor & Field Compliance.• Managing the annual Gross Revenue of INR 150 millions. • Heading 70 professionals team and ensuring the compliance to more than 150 clients with more than 10000 sites across.• Responsible to look after all the activities which are necessary to keep all the clients, compliant with the Regulatory /Statutory compliance requirements.• One Time Activities - Establishment Compliance (Registration under Shops & Establishment, CLRA-PE RC, LWF,TL, PTEC-RC, HUM, Standing Order Certification, Women Night shift exemption etc.• Maintenance of Recurring Compliance viz Monthly Statutory Registers, Periodic, Returns filing, Renewals/amendments etc. under various Labour Laws.• Events based Compliance, Handling Internal-External or department Statutory Audits, Vendor Audit/Remediation advice, Department Inspection/ Notices under various Acts. Liaison with Authorities. Advisory on Regulatory Compliance, implementing best compliance practice and mitigating Risk.• Ensuring the healthy cash flow and managing the effective Credit control.• Maintaining cordial relationship with clients & ensuring business continuity and extracting additional business.• Team motivation and keeping them up with HIGH JOSH.
