Launching digital initiatives from scratch is exhilarating, requiring defining the vision, setting the right strategy, and establishing a path to ROI, but one key thing keeps me up.It’s the impact - did the initiative meet the revenue target or solve the customer’s pain point or increase employee engagement? Since middle school, I have been curious about the inner workings of technology, designing my first circuit for a radio using a breadbox. I grew up living around the world with my father, a career diplomat, embracing different cultures and with an emphasis on making a difference. My passion for technology and how it can better the lives of people globally drives me to launch innovative initiatives.I spent over two decades in innovation and leading digital transformation to help businesses grow revenue and reduce operational costs. I serve on the board of a non-profit, providing digital strategy dedicated to supporting higher education of poor students in India.
