The set up of a new and management of a department to manage the relationship with State Street post the outsource of over 100 middle office staff. Developed processes, reporting tools and acted as the primary escalation point for issue resolution.

I worked at Hunter Hall in London and Sydney for over 10 years in a variety of roles including Office Manager and Research Assistant in London, Investor Relations, Marketing and Portfolio Administrator in Sydney.

My role as Executive Assistant was to support Heather in all areas of her business including operations, fundraising, promoting awareness of landmine and disability charities, liaising with politicians and lobbying organisations, television and media work and public speaking.
