I use my experience on launching new products for commercial growth of the business. In my consulting practice I enable clients to ‘Commercialise Innovation Ideas’. Prior to starting my own consulting practice, I was leading ‘New Product Commercialisation’ as Director with Coca-Cola India. The company had many successful launches (Minute Maid Pulpy Orange, Fanta Apple, Fridge pack) under my leadership. A long term strategy and a multi-year pipeline of Innovation was put into place with the potential to increase the GP by as much as 40M USD.I have held senior management roles with global companies (The Coca-Cola Co. and Foster’s International) and had experience of working for family run business (Jagatjit Ind. Ltd., CavinKare and DUFIL, Nigeria). My career roles span Front Line Sales, Franchise Sales Leadership, Brand Marketing(global & regional brands), Channel Development, Customer Marketing and Commercialisation of New Products and being a Business Head. I have worked in many emerging markets in Indian sub continent, Central Asia and West Africa.I like to spend my free time by going on nature holidays with family, playing golf, tackling Sudoku.I teach Strategy and Innovation at BML Munjal University (www.bml.edu.in).I have been regularly invited by leading B schools(MDI, FORE, IILM, Amity in Delhi region) for special lectures and interaction with the students.Specialties: Commercialising Innovation.
