-Preform audits of Genesight test orders to prevent delays in testing and for accuracy of insurance, demographic, and medical information.-Selected as Lead Auditor for Genesight ‘over 30 days’ audit report, analyzing findings and resolution data weekly while maintaining the cancellation rate at 3% or less monthly. (May 2023-Present)-Participating in building Customer Service’s first internal auditing process for Order Verification, Eligibility Verification, Inbound and Outbound Exceptions, and Phone teams. (May 2023- present)-Manage, analyze, and audit order insurance exceptions to ensure accurate billing for the Genesight test.-Expertise in working with major payers including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, State Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Commercial, Cost Share, and Tricare insurance programs in all 50 states. -Working knowledge of ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HIPAA regulations.-Selected as a Lead Department Trainer to develop, manage, and facilitate insurance eligibility and exceptions training materials, program, and processes.
