Worked with the Q/C manager to schedule properly trained technicians to cover all aspects of work pertaining to construction of a new heavy aircraft runway, and cargo loading aprons. Performed training of new hire employee's, or placed new hire employee's with proper lead technicians to receive additional hands on training. Direct involvement in approval of all subgrade's, Lime stabilization of the finished grade. Approval of fnished grade via testing and proofrolling. Lead inspector on Airfield paving, and subsequent profilograph and straightedge testing of pavement surfaces.

Hired as an architectural designer and drafter, I designed aeverything from small homes to large commercial buildings and a water treatment plant. I became involved in drafting civil projects including water distribution and waste water collection and treatment facilities. On these civil projects I performed initial topographic surveys, performed some of the drafting and design, then performed project layout survey.
