He has an award-winning portfolio of various project types ranging from federal, institutional, cultural, corporate and commercial types. He is the design leader for major projects such as the FDA campus and American Greetings headquarters. He has also worked closely with communities, non-profits and local developers to create impactful projects that are transformative to neighborhoods. As a planner, Davin has led in neighborhood plans, campus master plans, development plans and city-wide plans. After his training at Rice University and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, he led design at RTKL and KlingStubbins and created celebrated projects that are transformative to the workplace, cities, and communities. Davin’s design approach places particular emphasis on the creation of vibrant public spaces.
