As Account Director at The Social Partners I head up our FMCG accounts. My role is to be primary point of contact on those key accounts, providing social solutions that meet our clients' business goals and objectives. Through having a thorough understanding our clients’ business challenges and opportunities they face I can draw on the wealth of knowledge and expert skills of our team at The Social Partners. Be that working with our Research Analysts and Planners to take the valuable insights social listening can give to inform the strategic direction we should take. Then taking this overarching strategic plan and briefing the Designers, Copywriters and Technical Team to craft a solution that delivers on the clients needs. Finally working with our Activationists, Community Managers and Project Management team to deliver solutions that add real value to the clients’ business.In summary I help develop, maintain and drive strategic social and advocacy programmes for our clients, whilst being responsible for the financial health, forecasting and growth of each account.

In my role as a Senior Account Manager I worked on many of our ATL accounts and was tasked with growing them digitally.Delivering projects across a spectrum of mediums from more traditional TV, press and radio to digital projects such as large scale website builds, responsive design for mobile and tablets, launching of apps, social media presences and viral campaigns such as the D&AD awarded The Stand Up Kid http://www.welovead.com/en/works/details/d4awnmoBl

I started my career in advertising at McCann Erickson as a Trainee Account Executive. I had the privilege of working on a variety of clients and projects everything from Global TV and Print campaigns for Durex and Scholl, to Direct Mail, eCRM and Brochures for Center Parcs. Creating, researching, developing and executing creative to work across key markets for international clients. Responsible for taking the initial client briefing, liaising with planning and media to propose how best to maximise the budget. Upon proposal approval briefing creative and presenting initial concepts to client, managing the amends and production process, ensuring that the campaign is delivered on time and budget. After 2.5 years in ATL team McCann sponsored me to get my MSc in Digital Communications, for which I was awarded a Distinction and have been passionate about Digital and it's possibilities ever since.
