I am a PHP developer with over 17 years of experience in various areas, including private enterprise, higher education, economic development, and consulting. My educational background is in Information Systems, and I have an MBA with specialty areas in business intelligence (BI), database management and administration, and systems analysis.My previous work experience ranges from managing a team of developers to create websites for businesses or organizations using the Georgia Intellectual Capital Assistance Partnership Program (ICAPP) to the webmaster and developer for Augusta University, a member of the University System of Georgia. I have experience working in extremely diverse environments with wide and varying ranges of culture and education levels.As part of my BI background, I worked with the National Establishment Time Series (NETS) database for Georgia, compiled by Walls & Associates. Once transformations were performed, this database contained over two billion records detailing business entities in Georgia. Using this information, I worked with economists to provide information regarding business trends and wrote economic consulting papers such as feasibility analysis, break-even analysis, and economic impact studies.
