Business Development:- Spearheading iCondo’s expansion across Australian residential properties, targeting key decision-makers such as building managers, owners' corporations, and property management firms.- Delivering tailored condo demonstrations that highlight iCondo’s unique benefits and solutions for prospective clients.- Crafting bespoke quotations and software service agreements to meet specific client needs and secure new business.- Building and finalising partnerships with OC and building management companies.- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with all stakeholders to support iCondo’s market growth and maximise engagement.- Maintaining an organised CRM and client database using Excel and Monday.com, facilitating smooth relationship management and client follow-ups.Operations & Deployment:- Overseeing the full deployment and onboarding process for each new property, ensuring effective communication and coordination with both clients and the iCondo team in Singapore.- Performing thorough quality control checks prior to each launch to ensure alignment with client specifications.- Leading training sessions, empowering building management teams with the skills needed to use the platform effectively.- Ensuring a smooth post-launch experience by providing ongoing support and regular follow-ups with building managers, OC managers, and committee members to sustain strong relationships and address any inquiries.
