Have written, produced and directed a number of film, TV and documentary projects. These include GolfBarons, a sport and light entertainment TV series that looks at the golfing lifestyle, currently available on Foxtel/Kayo 9Now and being distributed globally by Flame Distributions. Wrote/Produced six episodes of FIBA World Basketball for Inverleigh Media Holdings. Produced and directed Fat and Back, a feature-length documentary about obesity, which centres on the journey of a personal trainer and underwear model, PJ, who intentionally gained 40kg of body fat to better understand obesity. Distributed by IMG and currently sold into multiple television markets including Australia (Network Ten), the UK (Discovery), Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands and Japan. Also produced and directed the highly regarded feature-length documentary Chris Cormier: I Am the Real Deal, which follows the life and career of bodybuilding legend and Mr Olympia and Arnold Classic competitor Chris Cormier, which can be purchased on Amazon Prime and Vimeo on Demand.

I worked as the main basketball writer for The Age newspaper in Melbourne, which involved NBL, WNBL, Boomers and Opals match reports, analysis pieces and feature articles. I also wrote a number of feature articles for Inside sport and Men's Fitness Magazine. I have also had my work published in The Guardian, The New Daily, Men's Health, Sport & Style and a number of other popular titles.

Managed all media activities for Basketball Australia, which included National teams the Boomers and Opals, as well as across all other national teams. I managed press conferences and media events, wrote and distributed media releases, produced news and features copy for the Basketball Australia website, managed the production of all internal publications, assisted with media duties across the WNBL, as well as managed, produced and uploaded photographic and video content (produced, shot and directed the documentary short Brotherhood — History of the Boomers).

Managed all media responsibilities for Victoria's premier senior basketball competition. Produced all match reports and previews, feature articles, managed photographers, liaised with local media outlets, produced video content, including the weekly online program 'Inside Big V'. Also created, wrote and designed the monthly Big V eMagazine, 'Overtime'.

Editor of Australia's premier bodybuilding and fitness publication, which involved commisioning articles and structuring the publication, writing and editing copy, managing photo shoots and published images, assisting in the direction of cover design and page layouts as well as managing the editorial and photographic budget.

News reporting, advertorial writing, editing and structuring the weekly newspaper that serviced the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley region, with a readership of over 70,000 people.
