I am a recovering network engineer - my first network engineering qualification was back in the 1990s. One of my previous responsibilities was to set up and run the firewall team at a globally known Investment Bank. I graduated into the world of Technical Information Security which added application security to my CV. Which then felt a little lop-sided, so I gained an MBA and PRINCE2 in 2005.As my roles became more senior, they became more international, taking C-suite roles in the Middle East, Europe and NA. I then started my own UK company, Global-DTC, which gained immediate traction, and was acquired by Stealth-ISS Group Inc. As CEO, in 2018 I made a strategic decision to enter the US Federal space. We opened an office and hired a great team in Huntsville, AL – Rocket City. We were located at Davidson Technologies on Cummins Research Park until COVID, and have teamed with some of the best names in Federal contracting. We run a VETs first employment program for our consultants, and are one of only 5 Veteran and Woman Owned Small Businesses with all 4 Highly Adaptive Cyber Special Interest Numbers (HACS SINS) in the US. We placed in the Inc.500 list in 2018 and 2019, and top-50 on the VET-50 list in 2019 and 2020.
