As a recent graduate of Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Information Systems and a focus on Cybersecurity, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world challenges and opportunities. Smucker Co., I increased efficiency, boosted productivity, and spearheaded automation for the delta review conflict check process between two major projects. I practiced requirements gathering and achieved proficiency in Azure DevOps, resulting in a 50% decrease in project timeline. I also led the early stages of automated CI/CD development for the conflict review process along with RiSC audit procedure, resulting in a 95% reduction in manual work and a 100% increase in accuracy. I am proud of the impact I made on the company's performance and quality, and I received positive feedback from my managers and mentors.I am also experienced in providing technical support and resolving various technical issues for residents across three campuses within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, as a Resident IT Support at Christian Care Senior Living Communities. I demonstrated proficient technical expertise and excellent communication skills, while ensuring seamless functionality of the residents' systems. I repaired and maintained various equipment, resulting in reduced downtime and operational costs.I am looking for a career opportunity in cybersecurity within the DFW Metroplex, where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the security and success of an organization.
