About Davis Chandy

Davis started his career in 2005 with Marcus Evans Bangkok, a leading business information company. He joined IQPC Dubai in January 2006 as a Junior Conference Sales Executive and, over the course of a decade, held various sales management roles, including the Regional Sales Director For the Middle East, Africa and India regions from January 2009 to March 2016. A postgraduate in business administration with strong analytical skills and leadership qualities, he facilitated the development and management of four sales teams, delivering over USD 21 million in revenue over seven years. Davis left IQPC in April 2016 and founded a sales consultancy and outsourcing team based in Bangalore, India. Within a few months, he ventured into conceptualizing and building World Business Events (WBE) - a B2B event discovery platform, and launched the beta version in May 2019. With over 700 registered organizers and 11000 events worldwide, WBE is headed towards evolving into WBE 2.0, slated for launch in 2023.
