The Program Coordinator’s role is to bring support to the internal logistics and flow of weekly programs at Onsite Workshops. Working with the clinical, hospitality, culinary, and maintenance teams, the Program Coordinator ensures that Onsite programs run smoothly for our clients, adjuncts, and clinicians.

Responsible for the for the logistical oversight of all gatherings, events, and meetings that take place at the midtown (515) and Cumberland locations of Passion City Church for Passion City Church, Passion Conferences, Passion Publishing, Passion Institute, and sixstepsrecords.~ Responsible for the management, scheduling, and on-boarding of event contractors~ Collaborate and support different ministry leaders to ensure that their gatherings and events are designed and executed with the highest standard of excellence through all stages of the event process~ Tasked with managing the scheduling of a six-person team stationed throughout multiple locations ~ Manage the software used by the church to ensure all rooms and resources needed for gatherings, events, or meetings are clearly communicated and outwardly presented~ Maintain best condition possible of all church resources including furniture, supplies, and audio/visual~ Provide conflict/resolution to different team members who’s events conflict with spaces, resources, or overall logistics~ overseeing an average of 7-10 gatherings and events a month that range from 1,000-3,000 in attendance~ Help bring structure to different transport and shipping needs within the organization

Responsible for the logistical planning and execution of the small group model for the Atlanta and Greater Atlanta Locations of Passion City Church.~ Oversee the planning and execution of 10 event weeks per year with 20 sub-gatherings per event week with roughly 1,500 attendees per week~ Provide logistical support and structure to streamline the growth process for more Community Groups to be added from 18 groups to 22~ Collaborate with the Community Groups Coordinator and Director of Community Groups to strategize growth opportunities, create structure to support volunteers, develop content, and execute large events to foster a large community presence~ Create, train, and maintain volunteer roles with 40 volunteers to ensure all group events were executed at the highest level of excellence~ Provide input and support to develop a new community small group model through and post the Covid-19 pandemic

Executing logistical needs for 19 community groups across the city of Atlanta. Strategizing how to efficiently grow more groups within the city while keeping quality to the standard of excellence. Coordinating with different groups on needs and changes on a monthly basis.

I work with middle school boys with a primary focus on eighth and ninth grade guys. I specialize in event planning, the execution of weekly events and special events such as confirmation, retreats, youth fundraisers, mission trips, and small groups. I also help with administrative duties in the youth office.
