Department with bidding through BuildingConnected, takeoffs using OST, & other associated needs within the department. ~ 800 hours.As of June 2023, I accepted a position as one of Mashburn Construction's Estimators / Preconstruction Managers. Continuing the tasks above and taking on my own projects ranging from $150,000 parking lot additions to assisting in $35,000,000 Multi-family projects.

I returned to Clemson University's ABC Construction Management Competition Team along with four others to represent Clemson University at the ABC CMC; however, this time we traveled to Kissimmee, placing a close 3rd overall. In the individual sections we placed 1st in estimating, 1st in Project Management, 2nd in QA/QC, and 3rd in Safety.
