Responsible for the IT facility construction of the new bilingual schools in China region, in terms of network facility (piping, cabling, router, firewall,...), data center facility, hardware (server and storage, phone system, computers and tablets for teachers and students...) and systems (Azure AD, Office 365 email/SharePoint/Teams, HRIS, Finance system, School information system...). Completed 6 schools (Beijing Shunyi, Nantong, Jiaxing, Guangzhou Panyu, Foshan and Shenzhen) during the recent 3 years.Build school local IT support team (IT Manager, network engineer, database engineer and helpdesk).Focus on cybersecurity, ensure IT security policies and IT compliance are followed, and support local statutory requirements.COVID-19 has sped up digital transformation, I help China region schools that implementing a couple of projects such as 'School In the Cloud’, 'Virtual Learning' to improve the teaching and learning experience.As the ITSM administrator, I independently develop, analyze and publish key service-level metrics used to measure the efficiency of school IT services, and identify areas of improvement.

Leading a team of 10 people that successfully helped customer implementing a few IT projects :• OKTA Single Sign-On and Service-Now ITSM platform for a multinational bank (China HQ)• Network Access Control (NAC) for a lead Multinational Corporation. It covers 20 sites over China and we complete the project in 6 months’ time.

2016, I did Due Diligence (IT related) for a target company that was state-owned. After the investigation, output ‘IT assets inventory’, ‘Annual budget/spending’, ‘IT organization’, ‘Level of automation’, ‘Investment against the risks’ to management team to support the M&A. After the acquisition, I worked with global IT team to implement the IT integration project for the target company though standardize its cabling system, IP re-addressing, Active Directory rebuild, Server and computer refresh, email system and business application. 2014 ~ 2015, As the project manager, I implemented a couple of projects locally, such as ‘Service-Now’ ticket system that help to standard the helpdesk service; Server virtualization project that help to realize the high availability, SharePoint project that help business users to manage the documents, SCCM project to deploy OS for computers. 2012, INGREDION started to roll out SAP R3 as the standard ERP system globally. China project started from March. Acting as IT project manager, I drafted the project and budget proposal, got CFO’s approval, allocated the project offices for each modules, coordinated between consultants and key users in terms of user training, user ID application, user access right control, master data extraction from legacy ERP system…Finally China SAP went life by Oct without big issue, the finance team completed the monthly closing successfully. 2008~2009, Self-sufficiency Project. Due to the company M&A, as the IT manager, I recreate the IT Dept. through recruiting and training new IT staff, drafting SOPs for IT operation, applying for new WAN link to HQ, purchasing and installing new ERP server, migrating the master data…Finally we realize the self-sufficiency by April 2009.
