I have leveraged my skills and knowledge to pursue a career in business analysis, where I can apply my analytical, communication, and management abilities to solve complex problems and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.Most recently, I worked as a Business Analyst at Sutherland, a global leader in digital transformation and business process services. There, I supported the development and implementation of multiple projects, such as creating purchase agreements, conducting market research, and optimizing workflows. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams and communicated effectively with clients and vendors. Prior to that, I served as a Deck Officer at Anglo-Eastern, one of the world's largest ship management companies. I was responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, performing various tasks such as mooring, anchoring, maintenance, and emergency response.
