Mainly performing general Office duties and other functions that help streamline daily business operations of the organisation.Performing Office administrative and clerical duties.Contributing to increasing team efficiency by giving support to both administratively and operationally.Effective monitoring of working capital assets such as Petty cash, performing clerical tasks.Performing bookkeeping duties.Assist and coordinate regarding Company meetings and events.Maintain Logs and Spreadsheets for office activities.Act as backup to the Manager in perfoming Business Operations duties like Support Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.To support Operations Manager in correspondence and phone communications to facilitate processing of items for signing or action by the Operations Manager.Interacting with Clients when presented with questions or complaints.Managing incoming and outgoing Letters and packages. Help the Operations Department to ensure that business runs efficiently and that employees stay on task.
