Manage day to day operations of plant and truck loadout, plan/track day to day maintenance items as well as major maintenance items to be done on outages, oversee 9 direct report employees.

Onsite management of construction projects, report back to engineering on issues and/or ways to improve process of operation, project turnover documents, direct interaction with owner's needs/concerns.

Operate and maintain the plant on a 12 hour rotating shift. Interact with customers as well as the utility.

Assist site Superintendent with day to day managing of subcontractors during construction of $10 million assisted living facility. Track, review, and implement change orders. Meeting minutes, quality control inspections, safety enforcement, scheduling, maintaining AS-BUILT plans, correspondence with owner's representative.
