The Vice President manages a growing portfolio of both stabilized and under-construction/under renovation student housing properties to ensure long-term NOI maximization while providing the principals and clients of the company accurate and timely information. The Vice President assists on-site management and personnel in all phases of property management including: leasing, budgeting, capital expenditures, financial reporting, maintenance, human resources, payroll, software use, management, and marketing efforts. The Vice President will also work with the accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Given the quantity and importance of the new development pipeline, a particular emphasis is placed on new construction lease-ups.

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager is to contribute towards the overall management of the off-campus student housing community. This position is responsible for: fiscal monitoring, program development and implementation, co-supervision of student staff, student development, student contact, enforcement of rules and regulations, reporting, assignments, leasing plan implementation, rent collection, data entry, and office co-management. In addition, the Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all clerical tasks associated with assignments, accounts receivable and charges to resident accounts under the direct supervision of the Manager.
