I’m excited to move into the private sector and share my 33 years of NASA technical experience of leading or supporting many amazing system engineering accomplishments. I thrive in creating effective teams. I came in as system engineering reorganization lead and turned the ICESat-2 Advanced Topographic Laser Altimeter System (ATLAS) ~250 person group into a successfully effective team passing our Critical Design Review within a year. My technical experience does expand beyond NASA, I was a core team member of highly visible National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Investigation on the Reported Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Unintended Acceleration (UA). Although I have held a senior Agency level position as Avionics Technical Fellow for the NASA Engineering and Safety Center and led or supported 22 Agency level technical assessments, I do prefer the thrill of solving tough technical challenges in small teams and in the laboratory environment.
