Engineered Sleep Mattress Company is a mattress manufacturer in Greenville, SC that makes mattresses for 8+ online mattress brands. We manufacture approximately 2,000+ mattresses each week. Our very own brand of mattresses are made under the name - Engineered Sleep Mattress Company. It is my teams responsibility to manage and grow this incredible brand. Since 2016 our sales have grown by 342%.Sales & Customer Service• Greet and work with local customers on daily basis• Help manage Sales Team & Showroom Appearance• Plan & Execute Local Sales Events• Partner with local businesses/teams in order to boost direct sales• Continually improve the in-person customer experience and engagement• Assist customers with warranty requests, questions, or dissatisfactions in a timely mannerLogistics & Production• Daily scheduling and coordination of mattress deliveries• Create and distribute the daily production schedule• Work with production team to accommodate customer rush/delay requestsInventory Control• Submit weekly purchase orders to maintain proper inventory of vendor productsMarketing and Brand Management• Coordinate with marketing team in content creation and social media presence• Work to increase online and showroom traffic• Monitor and maintain our advertising campaigns• Created and continue to maintain and update our Shopify website• Seek out new business relationships to increase awareness of our brand
